The Bush Tribe Tours and Safaris referred here to as the “company” enters into a contractual agreement under the following terms and conditions.

All participants must hold all valid and relevant travel documents including visa, passport, medical documentation if any.

All special needs information for every participant including, diets, medical conditions, physical challenges must be clearly outlined in the booking form before confirmation of the package. This information will be kept confidential by the company unless in cases where its required by other service providers for your well being.

All participants must have sufficient travel insurance covering all activities outlined on the booking form, cancellations and or curtailment.

There will be no compensation for losses caused by natural calamities, terrorism, adverse weather conditions, technical machine failures, wars and political unrest, and Acts of God (Force Majeure). Every member may be required to sign ‘a waiver of responsibility’ form before commencement of the itinerary.

Every participant is required to keep time as per the program and not cause any form of delays to other members.

Every participant must behave in an orderly manner and not to cause any kind of disturbance or disruption likely to interfere with the smooth operation and or enjoyment of the itinerary.

All complaints should be reported to the company or the particular suppliers immediately for action to be taken. Complaints launched later after completion of the service provision shall not be valid. The company does not own, manage or control service providers offering meals and accommodation, air transport, entertainment, medical services and therefore cannot be held responsible for non-compliance.

The company is not responsible for any illness, accidental injury, or death arising from non avoidable incidences or events not directly linked to the booked package.

The company reserves the right to accept or refuse a booking without giving any reasons. In the event a payment was made, the company will within a period not exceeding 30 days make a refund equivalent to the amount received. Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. Deposits does not guarantee confirmation of the booking. The company reserves the right to cancel the package without notice . In such an event, the company will make full refund not exceeding the amount paid by the client.

In the event of unavoidable situation, the company reserves the right to make changes , amendments or endorsements to previously confirmed booking. In such an event , the company will issue a written notification at the earliest possible opportunity.

Upgrades will have no compensations. Downgrades may have compensations.

The full amount of the package must be paid not less than 30 days before the day of commencement of the itinerary. In the event of cancellation or amendment, a formal written communication should be made to the company only through the official company address provided on the booking form. The following charges shall apply;

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booking. All the required information on the booking form must be correctly provided.

Over 45 days before departure date, 50% of the deposit
Over 30 but less than 45 days before departure, 50% of the total cost.
Over 15 but less than 30 days before departure, 80% of the total cost.
Less than 15 days before departure. 100% of the total cost.

All amendments should be made in writing through the address provided on the company’s booking form. All incurring costs are to be met by the client.

All new bookings made within 30 days prior to the commencement of the itinerary must be paid in full to guarantee confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without notice. This is in the event of exchange rate variation, changes in published taxes and fares, fuel and entrance fee increment among others.

All personal effects, equipments and or all forms of gadgets and machines are carried, stored at owner’s risk at all times. the company accepts no responsibilty for lost, stolen or damaged items.

The company has taken every effort to ensure correct information and or content in its website. however the company cannot take any responsibility for any inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information .

In the event of unfortunate legal dispute, all processes and procedures will be governed by the Kenyan constitution and in Kenyan courts.
