Day 1:
Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to the Tamarind Tree hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure, with optional visits to the Giraffe Centre and/or the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
Alternatively, for early arrivals, the safari may begin immediately or an extended city tour can be arranged.
Day 2 & 3:
Day 2
Depart Nairobi at 0700 hrs for Samburu, make two short stops en route. Arrive in time for lunch. Later, enjoy an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Simba lodge.
Day 3
Set out very early for a morning game drive with picnic breakfast boxes, the best time to spot the predators. Return to the lodge later for lunch. At 1530 hrs embark on an evening game drive till late after sunset.

Day 4 & 5:
Day 4
After breakfast, depart for Nakuru. Stop at Thomson Falls Lodge for lunch. Later proceed to Lake Nakuru, arriving in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at Sopa lodge.
Day 5
Set out very early for a morning game drive with picnic breakfast. Return to the lodge around midday for lunch. At 1530hrs, depart for an evening game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge.
Day 6:
After breakfast, embark on a short morning game drive on the way out to Masai Mara. Pause for lunch in Narok Town. Arrive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Zebra Mara Camp.
Day 7 & 8:
Day 7
Spend a full day exploring the majestic savannahs of the Mara. Dinner and overnight at Zebra Mara Camp.
Day 8
Full day game drive with picnic lunches, immersing yourself in the wildlife and scenery. Dinner and overnight at Zebra Mara Camp.
Day 9:
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi, then transfer to the airport.

The figures below show the per person cost per day for 6 or more people travelling together, with every 2 persons sharing a double/twin room in either a Budget, Mid range or Luxury full board accommodation, all park entrance fees, safari jeep and english/german speaking driver guide, all game drives and transfers, drinking water while on safari.
